CROP walk

Hunger is an issue that has become very important to me and I have decided to get involved! The kids and I are walking in the CROP Hunger Walk and we need your help.
Please consider making a donation to our efforts. The money raised in this year’s CROP Hunger Walk, and throughout the year, will help those in need of food and shelter. Your donation supports programs that work to solve this world-wide challenge.
You can help me by making a donation online. Click on the link to the left and you will be taken to our personal donation page where you can make a secure online credit card donation.
I’m really looking forward to participating in this year’s walk. This will be our second year participating in the CROP walk. It is just a few small steps (very small this year!) that we can take to help world hunger.

Myriah's Birthday

Happy Birthday Myriah!!! Hope you had a good birthday party!!

Hiking at Roxbrough Sate Park

Last week my friend Tami and I took the kids on what ended up being a long hike, but we had fun until Zak growled and said Cat, then we booked it out of there. It was a nice cool day and for the most part the kids were good.

Our trip to the zoo

I had big Katie one day this summer so, I thought it would be fun to take them all to the zoo. Boy was I wrong. They were all up late the night before and got pooped out pretty quick. They all did great until we saw the bears then they dropped off one by one. As you can tell I didn't get to many pictures!

Playing at the park

This night we were making the best of not having enough wind to fly our kite.

Woodland Park News

Mom sent me this link about a sad story from my home town. At least, this is a very rare occurrence.

More Library Trama

This time it does not involve losing a library book. Although, I did, but I found it this morning, so that wasn't a big deal. It just fell between the couch cushions.

I took TJ to the library right after dropping off Katie at school, so it was 9:09 when we got there. There is a sign by the parking lot entrance that says the library opens at 10:00. So, I went into the parking lot to turn around and when I got to the entrance a big gate was coming down. So we were stuck there until the library opened at 10:00. TJ and I walked to the park and then over to the lake to look at the ducks and geese. I think we even saw a pelican! That was cool at least.

Anyway, that was today's drama.
